Letters Reprinted Here: Love New Vacation Home! Your patience was exceptional as we looked at many, many properties hoping to find the house we would enjoy on weekends and vacations. All the help you did in finding us a house was great, but your work really started when escrow opened. The listing agent was not very focused on the business of selling the property and created some issues and problems that you had to overcome. You really took charge during this phase and made this deal happen. If it weren't for your experience and knowledge the sale would not have gone through. During escrow a real showstopper came up with the way the owner was financing her new house. You cut through the obstacles and held firm on key points where, with others, that would have stopped the sale. You were diligent and completely worked through all the issues to closure. You stayed professional all the way. At a few points in the process, I felt a little guilty that you had to carry the ball for both agents. This shows your ability to be a team player and also to take charge when you need to. However, zealous builders created a neighborhood of homes around Pam and she decided to rent the house and buy another in the forest on an acre of land! Now they can't get close!! Her new vacation home closed escrow in September 2002.)  Sell Their Vacation Home With Lee! Lee Cable was our agent for listing our Arrowhead Villas cabin for sale. From start to finish, we found her to be a professional, intelligent and friendly person. Lee has extensive knowledge of the mountain region and was very thorough in her marketing approach. She gave us specific advice on cosmetic touches to maximize its appeal to buyers, and her sugggestion of visiting comparable properties helped us to set a price that maximized our return without extending the time on the market. The Ryans looked for a long time for their dream home throughout California -- all the way up to the Lake Tahoe area in Incline Village -- and finally found it in Lake Arrowhead with Lee.
